BRK AC/DC Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm

Direct wire AC powered with 9 Volt battery backup. One alarm protects against two deadly household threats. Electrochemical CO sensor – most accurate technology available for detecting carbon monoxide as compared to other sensing technologies. Latching alarm indicator remembers which unit initiated an alarm if more than one unit is interconnected. Two silence features – Temporarily silence low battery chirp for up to 8 hours before replacing low battery or silence an unwanted alarm for several minutes. End of life signal provides audible confirmation alarm needs to be replaced. Easy installation and maintenance. Features include a large opening in the mounting bracket for easy access to wiring. A side load battery drawer allows for easy battery replacement without removing the alarm from the ceiling or wall.
